Mini Refinery Unit
These modular refining units are designed to process crude oil and other petroleum products that have the potential for further separation and processing, thereby enabling the production of higher-value products. The design and configuration of each unit are tailored to the available facilities and requirements of the end user. The process equipment is integrated into a compact, transportable package mounted on a steel structure, which can be installed either on a permanent foundation or on a trailer.
Depending on the utilities and infrastructure available at the operating site, such as electricity, water, instrument air, and other required services, the appropriate equipment and auxiliary systems are selected and incorporated into the unit. These portable refining units are particularly suitable for remote locations, low-production wells where significant capital investment is not economically justified, sites with limited feed availability and a defined operating period, as well as emergency, critical, and wartime situations where there is a temporary and urgent need for fuel supply.
